شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوروبية …_ وافقت الجمعية الوطنية في فرنسا بأغلبية أعضائها على قانون مثير للجدل يشدد قواعد اللجوء بعد مناقشات حادة أدت إلى انشقاقات داخل حزب الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون.ومن المقرر أن تجرى مناقشة مشروع القانون في مجلس الشيوخ الفرنسي في يونيو/حزيران المقبل.ويضاعف هذا المشروع المدة التي يمكن فيها احتجاز المهاجرين غير الشرعيين ليصل إلى 90 يوماً، ويقصر الموعد النهائي لتقديم طلبات اللجوء، كما يجعل اجتياز الحدود بطريقة غير قانونية جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون بالسجن لمدة عام واحد مع دفع غرامة.وقالت الحكومة إنها “تريد أن تكون حازمة وعادلة بتعاطيها مع موضوع الهجرة الذي شغل الرأي العام منذ أن تدفق مئات الآلاف من المهاجرين الفارين من الحرب والفقر في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا إلى أوروبا”.وبموجب مشروع هذا القانون، سيكون من السهل على القصّر الحصول على حق اللجوء وسيقلص الوقت الذي تستغرقه السلطات في النظر في طلباتهم بمعدل النصف.ولاقى مشروع هذا القانون انتقادات حادة من قبل جماعات حقوق الإنسان والأحزاب اليسارية، كما أنها اعتبرت اختباراً رئيسياً لوحدة حزب ماكرون.وعبر 12 نائباً من أصل 300 عن قلقهم من هذا المشروع في الأيام الأخيرة، إلا أن هذا ليس كافياً لإلحاق الهزيمة بالحكومة.وقالت سونيا كريمي، عضو الأغلبية في البرلمان في فيديو نشرته على الإنترنت قبل التصويت على مشروع هذا القانون إن “الشيء المهم بالنسبة لي هو القدرة على القيام بعملي، والتصويت على قوانين عادلة جزء من عملي”.وصوتت زعيمة اليمن المتطرف مارين لوبان لصالح بعض مواد مشروع القانون، مسببة إحراجاً للحكومة.
