ريان إير ستطبق لوائح العمل البلجيكي
شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ قال مايكل أوليري الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Ryanair ،في مؤتمر صحفي في بروكسل اليوم الثلاثاء إن شركة الطيران الأيرلندية منخفضة التكلفة Ryanair مستعدة لتطبيق لوائح العمل البلجيكية على موظفيها البلجيكيين اعتبارًا من 1 يناير 2019 أو حتى قبل ذلك ويخضع جميع موظفي Ryanair حاليًا لقانون العمل الأيرلندي الذي يوفر لهم حماية أقل على سبيل المثال ضد الفصل.وتحدث السيد أوليري في مؤتمر صحفي نُظم للإعلان عن إطلاق 6 مسارات جديدة لــ Ryanair من بلجيكا وإليها خلال موسم الصيف القادم. ويأتي إعلان الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة “ريان آير” بعد موجة من الإضرابات شملت إضرابًا دوليًا في نهاية شهر سبتمبر ، أسفر عن إلغاء 250 رحلة طيران.في السابق ، قالت شركة Ryanair إن قوانين العمل المحلية (البلجيكية) تنطبق على موظفيها البلجيكيين اعتبارًا من عام 2020. ومع ذلك ، ولكن بعد الضغوط الأخيرة التي تعرضت لها الشركة جراء الإضرابات المتعددة ، اضطرت أخيراً للخضوع والإسراع بتطبيق هذه الخطة إدعى السيد أوليري أنه دعا النقابات إلى المحادثات لكن دعوته ظلت بلا إجابة. . “ما زلنا في انتظار قيام النقابات بتشكيل وفد ليأتي ويلتقي بنا. ويمكننا التوصل إلى اتفاق في أقرب وقت ممكن. ولن يستغرق الكثير من الوقت أو العمل”.“لقد توصلنا بالفعل إلى مثل هذا الاتفاق والسوق أكبر بأربع مرات من بلجيكا. لذا لا يوجد أي سبب يمنعنا من التوصل إلى اتفاق هنا”.وأضاف السيد أوليري أنه تلقى خطابات من موظفين إيطاليين قالوا إنهم يريدون استرجاع قوانين العمل الأيرلندية.ومع ذلك ، فإن النقابات تريد تعهدا من السيد أوليري بتلك الورقة.وشدد الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Ryanair على أن الإضراب لا يتعلق بالمال. “نحن ندفع للطيارين بين 140،000 و 200،000 يورو / سنويًا ، لكن هذه رواتب عالية. نحن ندفع بشكل جيد وسنواصل القيام بذلك “.ووفقًا لما قاله أوليري ، فإن الإضرابات لم يكن لها تأثير كبير على شركة الطيران.“لقد نفذت لوفتهانزا 18 إضراب خلال الـ 18 شهرا الماضية ، بينما شهدت شركة Ryanair إضرابان فقط في السنوات العشرين الماضية
