حملة مكافحة الفساد في السعودية تؤثر على الأسهم
شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ أقبل المستثمرون الأفراد السعوديون الأثرياء على بيع الأسهم يوم الثلاثاء مع امتداد القلق من الحملة على الفساد في المملكة إلى منطقة الخليج، وهو ما دفع أسواق الأسهم الرئيسية للهبوط. وتراجع المؤشر الرئيسي للسوق السعودية 0.7 بالمئة في تداول مكثف، بقيادة أسهم الشركات المرتبطة بالأشخاص المحتجزين رهن التحقيق، الذي يشمل عشرات من أمراء وسياسيين بارزين ورجال أعمال كبار. وقال مديرو صناديق إن السوق كانت ستغلق عند مستوى أكثر انخفاضا بشكل كبير، لكنها تدعمت بفعل مشتريات واضحة من صناديق مرتبطة بالحكومة تسعى لمنع حدوث ذعر. وقال أحد مديري الصناديق ”كان هناك بيع مكثف من المستثمرين الأفراد الأثرياء الذين يريدون سحب أموالهم“. وأقلقت الحملة على الفساد مجتمع الأعمال لأنها تهدد بالقضاء على شبكات المحاباة والمحسوبية في الاقتصاد. ويخشى كثير من المستثمرين أن الأشخاص المحتجزين ربما يضطروا في نهاية المطاف إلى بيع حيازات كبيرة من الأسهم. وأبلغ مصرفيون رويترز أنه تم تجميد أكثر من 1200 حساب في البنوك السعودية حتى الآن، وهو ما يزيد القلق بأن الشركات التي تواجه بالفعل ركودا ربما تتضرر بشكل أكبر جراء تأجيل مدفوعات. وهوى سهم المملكة القابضة، ذراع الاستثمار للأمير الوليد بن طلال رجل الأعمال البارز وأحد المحتجزين في الحملة على الفساد، بالحد الأقصى اليومي البالغ عشرة بالمئة، لتصل خسائره في الأيام الثلاثة منذ الإعلان عن التحقيق إلى 21 في المئة. ومحا هذا الهبوط نحو ملياري دولار من ثروة الأمير الوليد، التي قدرتها مجلة فوربس في وقت سابق بحوالي 17 مليار دولار. وتراجع أيضا سهم مجموعة الطيار للسفر، ومؤسسها ناصر بن عقيل الطيار من بين المحتجزين، بالحد الأقصى اليومي البالغ أيضا عشرة بالمئة للجلسة الثانية. وانخفض سهم دلة للخدمات الصحية القابضة 2 بالمئة بعد احتجاز صاحب الحصة المسيطرة فيها الملياردير صالح كامل. وهبط سهم البحر الأحمر العالمية لبناء المنازل 9.7 بالمئة بعد احتجاز رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة عمرو الدباغ. ولم تظهر سوق الأسهم السعودية يوم الثلاثاء علامات على سحب كبير للأموال الأجنبية. وقال كثير من مديري الصناديق الأجنبية إن الحملة على الفساد تنطوي على مخاطر اقتصادية وسياسية، إلا أنها ربما تكون إيجابية للإصلاحات الاقتصادية في المملكة في الأجل الطويل. وتجاوزت الأسهم الخاسرة الأسهم الرابحة في جلسة الثلاثاء بواقع 150 إلى 32، رغم صعود خام القياس العالمي مزيج برنت إلى أعلى مستوياته في أكثر من عامين عند 64.44 دولار للبرميل، وهو شيء يبهج في ا لعادة المستثمرين السعوديين. وفي الجلستين السابقتين، سجلت أسهم كثير من البنوك وأسهم قيادية أخرى أداء قويا، لكن جميع القطاعات تقريبا شهدت موجة بيع يوم الثلاثاء. وحقق البنك السعودي للاستثمار أفضل أداء في السوق بصعوده 2.4 في المئة. والسعوديون مستثمرون كبار في أسواق الأسهم والعقارات في منطقة الخليج، ولذا تفاعلت الأسواق بقلق مع احتمال أن تؤدي الحملة إلى تقليص تدفقات أموالهم أو ربما سحبها، إذا نفذت السلطات السعودية تهديدها بمصادرة أصول غير قانونية في الخارج. وهبط مؤشر سوق دبي 1.8 بالمئة مع تراجع سهم إعمار العقارية 1.1 في المئة، بينما هوى سهم داماك العقارية 6 في المئة. وانخفض المؤشر العام لسوق أبوظبي، الأقل تعرضا للأموال السعودية، 0.4 بالمئة فقط. وواصل مؤشر سوق الكويت تراجعه لينخفض 2.8 في المئة، مع هبوط سهم بنك الكويت الوطني 2.8 بالمئة وسهم أجيليتي للخدمات اللوجستية 4.4 بالمئة. وفيما يلي مستويات إغلاق مؤشرات أسواق الأسهم في الشرق الأوسط:
السعودية.. انخفض المؤشر 0.7 في المئة إلى 6933 نقطة.
دبي.. هبط المؤشر 1.8 في المئة إلى 3481 نقطة.
أبوظبي.. تراجع المؤشر 0.4 في المئة إلى 4420 نقطة.
قطر.. نزل المؤشر 1.1 في المئة إلى 7931 نقطة.
مصر.. انخفض المؤشر 0.1 في المئة إلى 14054 نقطة.
الكويت.. هبط المؤشر 2.8 في المئة إلى 6143 نقطة.
البحرين.. تراجع المؤشر واحدا في المئة إلى 1253 نقطة.
سلطنة عمان.. استقر المؤشر عند 5079 نقطة
