شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ نصحت وزارة الخارجية البلجيكية رعاياها المتوجهين إلى الجزائر، بتفادي التنقل إلى الحدود الجنوبية مع ليبيا ومالي والنيجر لـ«دواعٍ أمنية».وقدَّمت «الخارجية البلجيكية» في بيان نشره اليوم الخميس، موقعها الرسمي على الإنترنت، قائمة طويلة من النصائح لرعاياها الذين يفكرون في زيارة الجزائر، تطلب منهم تفادي التنقل إلى الحدود الجنوبية مع ليبيا ومالي والنيجر وموريتانيا، وحتى إلى مخيمات اللاجئين الصحراويين.وحسب التحذير ذاته، فإنَّ المسالك السياحية التقليدية في الجنوب مثل جانت القريبة من ليبيا، وتمنراست الحدودية مع مالي تعتبر «ذات خطر إرهابي عالٍ»، ناصحة رعاياها باتباع توجيهات السلطات الأمنية الجزائرية حرفيًّا.كما قدَّمت لرعاياها جملة من الاحتياطات تخص مخاطر الاختطاف أو الاغتيال على غرار ما حدث في تيغنتورين عين مناس سنة 2013، أو المصير الذي لقيه الرعية الفرنسي أثناء ممارسة هوايته في تسلق الجبال بمنطقة القبائل في سبتمبر 2014.وطالبت الوزارة رعاياها المسافرين إلى الجزائر بنشر أخبار رحلتهم في مواقع مخصَّصة لهذا الغرض، كما نصحتهم بإحاطة أنفسهم بالسكان المحليين محل الثقة أثناء تنقلهم في المناطق الشمالية، وأن يسلكوا الطرق الرئيسية والابتعاد عن الثانوية وتجنب التنقل ليلاً.
