قبل سقوط الموصل
رأيت ضوءً أحمراً شق طريقه خارجاً من عتمة منزل تتكاثر حوله الوحوش ”
أخذتُ بالتقرب منه فرأيت راقصة ترقص بفستان احمر وشفاف ”
مَّا الكراسي
الألوان مختلفة فقط
يرسمُها رجلٌ مصاب بشلل الخوف تحتٓ قبة البرلمان..
وعمامةٌ تتخاتل بخجل باحثة عن زاوية تخفي وجودها المريب هناك
ما علق في ذهني هو ذلك الطفل الذي كان يبكي وسط تلك الضوضاء حين كان والده يأخذ ويستنجد باحثاً عن بقايا طعامهم
خرّجت عند مطلع الفجر بينما كانوا يحتسون الخمر كان المنظر من بعيد وكأنما العراق دمية صغيرة بين أيديهم ”
لكن عندما أصبح الصباح رأيتهم وهم سكارى ب أبهى أناقتهم إلى ساحة الاعتصام .
