التشجيع المالي لإعادة المرضى للعمل في بلجيكا
شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ أخبرت وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية والصحة العامة ماجي دي بلوك شركات التأمين الصحي في البلاد أنه سيتم تشجيعهم مالياً لدفع مرضى المدى الطويل إلى استئناف عملهم في أسرع وقت ممكن.وستقوم الدولة بهذا “الإصلاح” لتمويل التأمين الصحي بهدف وقف الزيادة في عدد المرضى على المدى الطويل.وبتنفيذ هذا الإصلاح لن يعد المرضى على المدى الطويل بمثابة “شخص ونصف” في تمويل التأمين ولكن كشخص عادي،وهذا يعني أن التأمين ليس له مصلحة مالية في وجود العديد من المرضى لفترة طويلة بين أعضائه،وعلى نفس المنوال ستتم إزالة “منحة” العاطلين عن العمل.وعلاوة على ذلك بدءا من هذا العام سيتم “مكافأة” أو “معاقبة” الشركات التأمين الصحي اعتماداً على عدد دورات إعادة الإدماج التي تم إطلاقها أو عدد الأعضاء الذين عادوا فعلاً إلى العمل بتقييم الوضع.
