قطر سترفع دعوى ضد الإمارات أمام محكمة العدل الدولية

شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ قالت حكومة قطر يوم الاثنين إنها سترفع دعوى ضد الإمارات أمام محكمة العدل الدولية التابعة للأمم المتحدة بسبب ما وصفته بأنه انتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان. وأضافت الحكومة في بيان إن الدعوى المقدمة لمحكمة العدل الدولية تنص على أن الإمارات قادت هذه الإجراءات التي أدت لتأثير مدمر على حقوق الإنسان بالنسبة للقطريين والمقيمين في قطر.وذكرت الحكومة القطرية في بيان أن الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الإمارات لها تأثير مدمر على حقوق القطريين المقيمين في الإمارات.وطلبت قطر من المحكمة أن تأمر الإمارات باتخاذ خطوات لتنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية، وذلك بوقف العمل بهذه الإجراءات وإلغائها وإعادة حقوق القطريين.كما طلبت أيضا أن تصلح الإمارات الأضرار، بما يشمل دفع تعويضات، لكنها لم تكشف تفاصيل عن المبلغ الذي قد تطالب به.وأقرت الحكومة القطرية أن الإمارات العربية المتحدة سنت سلسلة من التدابير التي ترمي إلى التمييز ضد القطريين، بما في ذلك طردهم من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومنعهم من الدخول أو المرور إلى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، كما طالبت مواطنيها بمغادرة قطر، وأغلقت المجال الجوي والموانئ البحرية.وفرضت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين ومصر حصارا على قطر في يونيو من العام 2017، وقطعت علاقاتها الدبلوماسية مع قطر متهمة إياها بدعم الإرهاب.وتنفي الدوحة التهمة وتقول أن الهدف من الضغط الممارس عليها هو تجريدها من سيادتها
