شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ أفاد مسؤول أمريكي كبير يوم الاثنين بأن وكالات المخابرات الأمريكية رصدت نشاطا متجددا في مصنع بكوريا الشمالية أنتج أول صواريخها الباليستية القادرة على الوصول إلى الولايات المتحدة، وذلك في خضم المحادثات الرامية لحمل بيونغ يانغ على التخلي عن أسلحتها النووية.وأبلغ المسؤول رويترز شريطة عدم الكشف عن هويته نظرا لسرية معلومات المخابرات بأن الصور والتصوير بالأشعة تحت الحمراء أظهر مركبات تدخل المنشأة في سانومدونغ وتخرج منها، لكنها لا تظهر إلى أي مدى محتمل وصل صنع الصاروخ.وذكرت صحيفة واشنطن بوست الاثنين أن بيونغ يانغ تصنع فيما يبدو صاروخا أو اثنين جديدين من الصواريخ الباليستية العابرة للقارات التي تعمل بالوقود السائل في منشأة أبحاث كبيرة على أطراف بيونغ يانغ، وذلك نقلا عن مسؤولين مطلعين على الشؤون المخابراتية لم تسمهم.وقال المسؤول الأمريكي الذي تحدث إلى رويترز إن إحدى الصور تظهر شاحنة وعربة مقطورة مغطاة مثل اللتين استخدمتهما كوريا الشمالية في نقل صواريخها الباليستية العابرة للقارات. وبما أن العربة المقطورة مغطاة فمن غير الممكن معرفة حمولتها إن كانت تحمل شيئا من الأساس.وذكر البيت الأبيض أنه لا يعلق على الأمور الخاصة بالمخابرات. وفي سول، قال مسؤول كبير بالمكتب الرئاسي إن أجهزة المخابرات الأمريكية والكورية الجنوبية تبحث عن كثب التحركات الكورية الشمالية، رافضا الأداء بتعليق محدد.وهذه النتائج هي أحدث إشارة على استمرار النشاط في منشآت كوريا الشمالية النووية والصاروخية على الرغم من محادثات نزع السلاح التي أجرتها بيونجيانج في الآونة الأخيرة مع واشنطن وقمة حديثة بين الزعيم الكوري الشمالي كيم جونغ أون والرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب.وقال ترامب في تغريدة على تويتر بعد قمته التاريخية مع كيم في سنغافورة الشهر الماضي “يمكن للجميع أن يشعروا الآن بقدر أكبر من الأمان مقارنة بما كان عليه الحال في اليوم الذي توليت فيه المنصب. لم يعد هناك تهديد نووي من كوريا الشمالية”.وتعهد كيم في بيان خلال القمة بالعمل على نزع الأسلحة النووية، لكن بلاده لم تقدم تفاصيل بشأن كيفية تحقيق ذلك، ولم تمض المحادثات التي تلت القمة بسلاسة.وليست هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تتعارض فيها تقديرات المخابرات الأمريكية مع تفاؤل ترامب.ففي أواخر يونيو حزيران، أبلغ مسؤولون أمريكيون مؤسسات إعلامية أمريكية بأن أجهزة المخابرات تعتقد أن كوريا الشمالية زادت إنتاج الوقود اللازم لصنع أسلحة نووية وأنها لا تعتزم التخلي بالكامل عن ترسانتها النووية.وقال وزير الخارجية الأمريكي مايك بومبيو للجنة العلاقات الخارجية بمجلس الشيوخ الأسبوع الماضي إن كوريا الشمالية تواصل إنتاج الوقود الخاص بالقنابل النووية على الرغم من تعهدها بنزع السلاح النووي. لكنه شدد على أن إدارة ترامب لا تزال تسعى لإحراز تقدم في المحادثات مع بيونجيانج.وأنتج مصنع سانومدونغ صاروخين (هواسنوج- 15) باليستيين عابرين للقارات، وهما أطول صواريخ كوريا الشمالية من حيث المدى، لكن المسؤول الأمريكي أشار إلى أن بيونجيانج لم تختبر بعد مركبة قادرة على تحمل رحلة شديدة السرعة عبر الغلاف الجوي للأرض وحمل رأس حربي نووي.وقال المسؤول إن أي صواريخ جديدة تنتجها كوريا الشمالية ربما تكون لإجراء مزيد من الاختبارات لمثل هذه المركبات ولأنظمة توجيه أكثر دقة.وأضاف “توصلوا فيما يبدو لطريقة صنع المحركات لكن ليس لكل الأجزاء العالية التقنية، وربما هذا هو الأمر”.وتابع “الأكثر من ذلك أن صاروخا باليستيا عابرا للقارات يعمل بالوقود السائل لا يشكل تقريبا التهديد الذي يشكله الذي يعمل بالوقود الصلب لأن تزويدها بالوقود يستغرق وقتا طويلا للغاية، وهو شيء من شبه المؤكد أننا سنراه في الوقت المناسب لإجهاض الإطلاق بالنظر إلى أصولنا في المنطقة المحيطة”.
