شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_ أعلن أمين مجلس الأمن الروسي نيكولاي باتروشيف أن تنظيم “داعش” الإرهابي المحظور في روسيا، يعتبر أكبر مصدر خطر على الأمن القومي الروسي. وقال باتروشيف خلال زيارته لبكين، حيث يشارك في اجتماع لكبار المسؤولين الأمنيين لمجموعة “بريكس”: “أكبر خطر على الأمن الوطني ينجم من الجيل الجديد من الإرهابيين الذين يتحدون تحت راية “داعش”.وأكد المسؤول الأمني الروسي أن “الخطوات الناجحة للقوات الحكومية والدولية في سوريا أدت إلى تغيير استراتيجية الإرهابيين وأجبرتهم على البحث عن “ملاجئ احتياطية” في مختلف أنحاء العالم، وتنشيط الجهود الرامية إلى الحفاظ على المستوى العالي من التمويل. ويتحقق ذلك قبل كل شيء من خلال تنويع مصادر الأموال وقنوات تحويلها”.وقال باتروشيف إن المسلحين يشكلون عصابات منظمة بعد عودتهم إلى الوطن، مشيرا إلى اندماج الجماعات المتطرفة مع العصابات الإجرامية.
