تزايد سكان الأرض ومدن جديدة بحلول 2050
شبكة المدار الإعلامية الأوربية …_تتوقع الأمم المتحدة أن يتضاعف عدد سكان المدن بحلول عام 2050 ليصل إلى 6.5 مليار نسمة، ولاستيعاب هذا النمو تقوم بعض المدن بمشاريع للتوسع. وفي مقال نشره موقع “بيزنس إنسايدر” مؤخرا، كشف الموقع عن مشاريع بقيمة 8 مليارات دولار، ستغيير كبرى مدن العالم في العقود القادمة، وفيما يلي أبرز هذه المشاريع:
الصين، شنغهاي – مشروع تودتون:
مشروع بقيمة 1.5 مليار دولار شرع في تنفيذه عام 2014، يشمل بناء 1000 وحدة سكنية، ومركز تسوق بمساحة 1.3 مليون قدم مربع، ومركز ثقافي تبلغ مساحته 53 ألف قدم مربع.ويشمل المشروع إنشاء مساحات خضراء كثيرة، ومن المخطط الانتهاء من تنفيذ المشروع بحلول عام 2020.
مصر، القاهرة – مشروع القاهرة الجديدة:
وهو مشروع يهدف لبناء عاصمة جديدة للبلاد، شرقي مدينة القاهرة، وتبلغ تكلفة المشروع 45 مليار دولار، وسيستغرق إنجازه من 5 إلى 7 أعوام.واستقطب المشروع وعودا بالاستثمار من الكويت والسعودية والإمارات قيمتها 12 مليار دولار. وعلى أرض بمساحة 270 ميل مربع سيتم بناء 21 منطقة سكنية جديدة تتسع لخمسة ملايين شخص.كما ستتضمن 2000 مدرسة وكلية، وأكثر من 600 مركز صحي، وسيوفر بناؤها أكثر من مليون فرصة عمل.
فرنسا، باريس – يوروبا سيتي:
في عام 2016 بدأت فرنسا ببناء مدينة متكاملة باسم “يوروبا سيتي” (Europa City) على مساحة 8.6 مليون قدم مربع، تقع شمال وسط باريس.وتبلغ قيمة المشروع، الذي من المتوقع أن ينتهي بحلول عام 2024، نحو 3.4 مليار دولار.
تركيا، إسطنبول – مدينة إسطنبول الجديدة:
في إبريل/نيسان 2016، تمت الموافقة على خطة لبناء 50 ألف وحدة سكنية في 7 أبراج، على أرض بمساحة 93.6 مليون قدم مربعة بالقرب من مركز إسطنبول.ولم يكشف عن تكلفة المشروع إلى الآن، لكن أعمال البناء بدأت في آواخر عام 2016، ويشمل المشروع بناء مطار، من المتوقع أن يبدأ نشاطه في 2018. وجذب المشروع استثمارات بقيمة 6 مليارات دولار.
الولايات المتحدة، نيويورك – مركز التجارة العالمي7:
بعد هجمات 11 سبتمبر عام 2001، شرعت مدينة نيويورك في تشييد مركزي تجاري عالمي جديد سيقف على أرض بمساحة 16 فدانا، في نفس المكان الذي كان يوجد فيه “البرجان التوأم” والمباني المحيطة بهما، والتي انهارت بفعل الهجمات الإرهابية.
