كلية الحقوق والإدارة العامة في جامعة بيرزيت بالتعاون مع مجلة المستقبل العربي
تطلقان دعوة لتقديم أوراق بحثية للمؤتمر الدولي الثاني
في إطار دورها ورسالتها الوطنية والفكرية، وارتباطًا عميقًا بالقضايا المصيرية للشعب الفلسطيني، تُطلق كلية الحقوق والإدارة العامة في جامعة بيرزيت، وبالتعاون مع مجلة المستقبل العربي، استعداداتها لتنظيم وعقد مؤتمرها الدولي الثاني بعنوان:
“الوجودية الفلسطينية: استراتيجيات الصمود في مواجهة سياسات التهجير وإبادة التعليم”
بتاريخ 19-20 أيار 2026
يأتي هذا المؤتمر في سياق الدور الأكاديمي والوطني الذي تضطلع به الكلية، وانطلاقًا من مسؤوليتها الوطنية والمعرفية والأخلاقية في مواجهة السياسات الاستعمارية الاستيطانية الممنهجة التي تستهدف الوجود الفلسطيني، وتسعى إلى تفريغ الأرض من أهلها، وتقويض مقومات الصمود، وفي مقدمتها الحق في التعليم، والمعرفة، والهوية، والذاكرة الجمعية، ضمن مشروع متكامل للتهجير القسري وإبادة التعليم بوصفه أحد أخطر أدوات محو الوجود.
ويهدف المؤتمر إلى توفير منصة أكاديمية نقدية تجمع الباحثين والخبراء من مختلف أنحاء العالم، لتحليل مفهوم الوجودية الفلسطينية في سياقها التاريخي والسياسي والقانوني، ومناقشة استراتيجيات الصمود والمقاومة المعرفية في مواجهة سياسات التهجير القسري، وتدمير المنظومة التعليمية، واستهداف المؤسسات الأكاديمية والطلبة والمعلمين، باعتبار التعليم أحد أعمدة البقاء والقدرة على الاستمرار.
ويستقطب المؤتمر نخبة من الخبراء والباحثين والمفكرين لمناقشة أربعة محاور رئيسة على مدار يتناول المحور الأول: سياسات التهجير القسري والناعم، فيما خصص المحور الثاني لمناقشة استراتيجيات المقاومة ضد التهجير، فيما يعالج المحور الثالث مواجهة إبادة التعليم كأداة للهيمنة الثقافية، ويتناول المحور الرابع أي تعليم نريد؟
وفي هذا السياق، تدعو كلية الحقوق والإدارة العامة، بالتعاون مع مجلة المستقبل العربي، الباحثين والمختصين من مختلف الحقول المعرفية على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية إلى تقديم أوراقهم البحثية للمشاركة في هذا الحدث الأكاديمي الهام، حيث تُرحب اللجنة المنظمة بجميع الأوراق التي تتناول أحد محاور المؤتمر أو تقاطعها معها.
ويُشترط لغايات المشاركة أن تكون الأوراق البحثية أصيلة ولم يسبق نشرها، وأن تلتزم بالمعايير الأكاديمية المتعارف عليها. على أن تُقدَّم ملخصات الأبحاث في ملخص لا يتجاوز (500) كلمة باللغة العربية أو الانجليزية، وفقا للمواصفات المعلنة عنها في ورقة المفهوم. وذلك في موعد أقصاه 5/2/2026
وإذ تتطلع كلية الحقوق والإدارة العامة إلى استقبال مشاركاتكم العلمية القيّمة، فإنها تؤكد أن هذا المؤتمر يشكّل مساحة معرفية مفتوحة لإثراء النقاش الأكاديمي حول واحدة من أكثر القضايا إلحاحاً في السياق الفلسطيني المعاصر، وتعزيز دور المعرفة بوصفها فعل مقاومة وصمود.

Call for Papers for the Second International Conference
The Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University , in partnership with the Arab Future (Al-Mustaqbal al-Arabi) Journal, issues a Call for Papers for the Second International Conference
In fulfillment of its national and intellectual mission, and deeply rooted in the existential causes of the Palestinian people, the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University in collaboration with the Arab Future (Al-Mustaqbal al-Arabi) Journal is preparing to convene its second international conference entitled:
May 19-20, 2026
This conference is organized as part of the faculty’s academic and national mandate. It stems from a profound ethical and intellectual responsibility to confront systematic settler-colonial policies that target the very presence of Palestinians. These policies aim to depopulate the land and dismantle the pillars of steadfastness (Sumud) most notably the rights to education, knowledge, identity, and collective memory within a comprehensive project of forced displacement and “educide,” the latter being one of the most critical instruments of existential erasure.
The conference seeks to provide a critical academic forum for global scholars and experts to analyze the concept of Palestinian existence across historical, political, and legal dimensions. It aims to examine strategies for resilience and epistemic resistance in the face of forced displacement, the destruction of the educational infrastructure, and the systematic targeting of academic institutions, students, and educators, recognizing education as a fundamental pillar for survival and continuity.
The conference will host a distinguished assembly of experts and thinkers to address four primary themes: The first theme examines policies of forced and “soft” displacement; the second focuses on strategies of resistance against such displacement; the third addresses the struggle against educide as a tool of cultural hegemony; and the fourth explores the vision for the future of education: “What kind of education do we want?”
In this light, the Faculty of Law and Public Administration and the Arab Future (Al-Mustaqbal al-Arabi) Journal invite researchers and specialists from across diverse disciplines at the local, regional, and international levels to submit research papers for this significant academic event. The Organizing Committee welcomes all contributions that engage with or intersect with the conference themes.
Participation requires that research papers be original, unpublished, and adherent to established academic rigor. Abstracts should not exceed 500 words, submitted in either Arabic or English, and must follow the guidelines detailed in the Concept Paper. The deadline for submission is February 5, 2026.
